Tokyo Commodity Exchange (TOCOM) is planning to hold an energy online seminar relating to oil market trend on June 2. At the online seminar, a expert will explain outlook of crude oil markets, etc. centering on influences of the Ukrainian war.

Its lecturer is Mr. Kazuhiko Fuji, consulting fellow of Research Institute of Economy, Trade and Industry (RIETI) and its subject is “Read Future Oil Markets－What the Ukrainian War Brings ”and after the lecture, Q&A session is scheduled.
Mr. Fuji entered the Ministry of International Trade and Industry (the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry at present) in 1984, studying in Germany, transferring to the National Police Agency, Japan National Oil Corporation, the Cabinet Intelligence and Research Office, etc., is appointed the present post since 2016.
At the beginning of the online seminar, the president, Takashi Ishizaki of TOCOM will make remarks, and then, the sales representative of TOCOM will explain “Risk hedging method using futures transaction”.
