Nissan Securities Group Co., Ltd. decided to set up the sustainability committee at the board of directors on February 21 and implemented it on the same day.
 “Sustainability”is used as a word for maintain of good long term nature and corporate environment on the three fields such as environment, society and economy mainly, and the roles of the committee are to discuss formulation of basic policy, finding out of important issues, consideration of overall measures, information disclosure etc. relating to sustainability of the company, and to report and make recommendations them at the board meetings regularly. The chairman is the president, Hideaki Futaya, the vice chairman is the managing director and the committee members consist of the outside directors.
